The person behind the science
I am Martin Rinderer – performance nutritionist and scientist. What began as curiosity has become a lifelong mission: to understand how nutrition makes people stronger, healthier and more capable. This work brings me great joy every day – and it is exactly this energy that I bring to every project.
Family man
At home I am with my wife Susanne and our three children – Anna-Luise (14), Julia (12) and Adrian (6). They keep me grounded and remind me every day what really matters.
BSc and MSc in nutrition science, with a specialisation in psychoneuroimmunology (PNI). My SmartEat method combines nutrition with movement and mental health – based on research from medicine, psychology, sports science and physiotherapy.

Every recommendation starts with the evidence. I do not follow trends, but the best available data – and translate it into something that works in everyday life.
